Billing options
One professional 5-page website is offered with free creation, at $30/month or $300/year, CAD and taxes included. Annual billing saves $60 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Initial commitment
Both billing choices carry a 12-month initial service commitment. The 24-month subscription price guarantee does not by itself lengthen the initial commitment.
Domain offer
With annual billing, an eligible available .ca or .com domain is included during year one. Future domain renewals and any additional domain charges must be disclosed separately before purchase.
Homepage preview
A personalized homepage preview can be requested before payment. Requesting or receiving a preview is not a paid subscription and does not by itself begin the 12-month commitment.
Cancellation and renewal rules
Initial subscriptions have a 12-month commitment. A customer who chooses to cancel early may request a transferable copy of eligible site files after paying the remaining contract balance, subject to ownership rights and applicable law. For a verified permanent business closure, 30 days’ written notice may be given; future subscription fees after the effective cancellation date are waived and the website is not transferred as part of that exception. The customer retains separate rights to their registered domain, original content and data.
Refunds and annual prepayments
The annual option is $300 CAD including applicable taxes and covers 12 months of service. Refund eligibility, payment disputes, billing errors and treatment of unused prepaid months require confirmation in the final customer agreement and are subject to applicable law. No automatic refund entitlement is promised in this draft.
Website, CRM and domain after termination
Before purchase, we will specify what happens to the live website, associated CRM information, content exports, domain access, records retention and any transfer assistance after a subscription ends.
Questions about billing
Customers should be given a working support contact and clear dispute process before payment collection begins. The final agreement will explain how to raise billing questions and request changes.
